WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept credit cards, Paypal, or other payment options in person.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We accept cancellation 48 hour before the date of the event.
We will take 25% administrative fee out of the refund.
You could use the complete amount if you save it as a credit and use in futuro ocassions.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
No, we do not.
DO WE NEED TO PICK THE SIGNS UP OR TAKE THEM BACK?
No, we do set up them and take them down from your yard.
Please do not try to take them off because you could damage them and you will need to pay for any damages to any character.
